Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, this is Anthony William.
You're listening to the Medical Medium Radio Show, where each week we talk about the most
advanced healing information that's out there, often decades ahead of what's out there now.
And don't you need that?
who has 10 years, 20 years to wait for answers. It matters. I've seen it out there. It's sad.
It really is because if you have to wait for 10, 15 years while you're sick for 10, 15 years to
finally learn how to reverse the conditions that Epstein bars, that Epstein bar creates,
then, I mean, think about that. Think about how many people had to deal with that. I've,
I've watched it over the years. I've had people come to me when I was in the office and, and,
and working on 50 people a day, every single day, day in and day out since I was younger.
and you know i'd see it they'd come in the sick for 15 20 years doctors thought they were crazy
doctors thought they were lazy their fatigue everything they're all their strange aches and
pains all the different symptoms thyroid problems all kinds of different you know uh digestive
distress and everything else under the sun and then they're you know finally they get answers
and they can move forward but it's it's sad when we don't have when someone has to go through life
without the answers they need or they get the answers and they get the truth and then something
derails them because of some confusing misinformation and today we're talking about
teeth and gums we're talking about cavities we're talking about what happens in our mouths we're
talking about all that today and and i have to talk about this today because we need to clear
a lot of the misconceptions out there that are happening with the whole teeth thing and cavities
and teeth problems and everything else.
And it's so important to know this because what happens is that if you get the wrong
information out there, even when you're doing something, even when you're doing something
right, it can throw you and then you get scared and then you go running off and then you end
up, then you end up losing out in the end over misinformation.
So it's critical to have it all right.
And that's the whole point.
That's how we get better.
And it's important to know that if you're going to be healing, you're going to be working
and your healing process to chip, you have to give it a chance and you have to give it some time
because have you done the celery juice, you know, 16 ounces or 32 ounces? Have you done the celery
juice? Have you done enough leafy greens? And that brings me into a whole thing with teeth,
gums and everything. I want to talk about fruit. I want to talk about fruit and I want to talk about
when people are eating fruits and everything, whether it's oranges, whether it's berries,
whether it's apples, whether it's peaches, you know, nectarines and melons and everything else.
I want to talk about how in the dentistry world, there was this huge misconception that fruit was bad for your teeth.
So when you go to a different thing, you go to these different dentists or you go to a holistic dentist, they're just like, no, no, you should only be eating meat.
You should only be eating meat, meat and some vegetables.
That's what you should be eating.
Oh, yes, you could have a green juice if you want, but meat and vegetables, no fruit, because fruit's going to hurt your teeth or fruit's going to rot your teeth.
That's far from the truth.
That's not how it works.
First of all, people don't eat enough fruit.
They just don't eat enough fruit, number one.
They never have.
I mean, really, they really have never have.
And the thing is that there's one thing to understand about how it works.
Second of all, it doesn't work like that.
Fruit is not candy.
Fruit is not candy, and so that's a whole other thing that's going on.
I'm going to explain all that and how it works and what's going on there.
and fruit actually kills bacteria doesn't feed bacteria so fruit actually kills bacteria in the
intestinal tract i'm talking about that because what happens is when people have teeth and gum
problems when they have teeth and gum problems and there's millions of people okay let's just
think about this you have the dentist offices across the nation okay who's in them right now
millions of people are sitting in there getting their teeth drilled out getting implants getting
root canals, getting teeth pulled, having abscesses, gum infections, jaw infections,
cavities galore, millions and millions. Are those people all eating fruit? I just want to know that.
I would love to talk to some dentists. I have. I have over the years. And I've even got dentists
to say, you know what? It's true. We have dental chairs filled with people, dental chairs filled
of people in our dental firm or whatever, in our dental office, and they're filing in.
No one's eating fruit.
No one's eating fruit.
And I've talked to dentists before, lots of them, and over the years, and they're like,
no, no, this person's doing this fancy diet, this diet, this diet, this person's doing
the eat right for your blood, this person's doing the Western price, this person's doing
this, this person's doing Gershon, this person's doing this diet, this diet, and whatever.
And basically with all that, this person is doing the gaps.
This person is doing this.
But yet – and then there's people that don't do anything, and they're just eating standard American.
But the point is, is everybody faces dental problems, and I'm going to talk about why.
Everybody faces dental issues.
Years ago, I remember when – and I remember when I was in office day after day after day after day after day.
one of the reasons one of the reasons that that um that the foods that i've recommended through
spirit and the foods and the different fruits and the vegetables and the leafy greens and the celery
juice and the green juices and everything else that i've recommended all these years one of the
reasons why those were there was to bring people's gums and teeth back because all i would hear all
day long in the office were people coming in from different diet systems and different belief systems
and different ways of eating, and they'd be coming in.
They'd all be, oh, I had a root canal.
I had my fourth root canal.
Oh, I had two molars pulled.
I've had a whole bunch of cavities.
I have a whole bunch of this, and I would hear it every day
from brand new clients rolling in.
So my assistant would be like, well, you have 10 new clients today.
You have 30 regular clients that are going to speak to you today.
And remember, I worked from 6 o'clock in the morning to midnight every single day, sometimes 7 o'clock in the morning if I was really shot.
And it would be seven days a week every single day.
And I would talk to regulars all day long, and I would talk to new people too.
This is how it's been since I was really young, really young with Spirit and everything.
And we would hear it all day long.
People would come in and say, hey, yeah, I have aches and pains, all this other stuff.
and I would see what's going on and spirit would see what's going on and what we needed to do.
But they'd also be like, oh, my teeth, my teeth, you know, my teeth.
I got cavities.
I got, I just had 10 cavities filled.
I just had this, I had that.
And the reason, the reason for the celery juice, the reason for bringing in the leafy greens
that I still don't see people eat enough and it makes me nervous.
Why aren't we eating enough leafy greens?
So it's going to take more education.
It's going to take more time.
Maybe I'll do more radio shows on it.
And the reason why the leafy greens and the reason why the fruits and the reason why some of the other foods, the herbs, the cilantro and the spinach and the spinach soup and everything else that's in Medical Medium Book 1, the reason for all that is to bring in the minerals to save people's gums and teeth.
and I've witnessed a lot of people reversing their gum and teeth problems through this,
through making sure they're getting highly mineralized wild blueberries in their diet,
making sure they're getting spirulina to pull out the toxic heavy metals,
making sure they're getting the leafy greens to re-mineralize,
so there's silica in these to re-mineralize teeth and gums and bones.
But a lot of times, often when people have teeth problems,
it's from whatever happened to them 10 years ago, 9 years ago, 8 years ago, 6 years ago,
go, what was their diet like? Were they under tremendous stress? Were they under tremendous
stress issues, you know, or any kind of stress issues? And people with digestive problems that
have them their whole life or most of their life, they're more prone to having teeth problems
because of the fact that they have a high level of bacteria. Their hydrochloric acid is very
difficult to restore, especially if they're under any financial stress or any kind of stress at all.
intestinal tract disorders outgas a lot of bacteria they outgas a lot of ammonia and what
happens is all that ammonia goes up into the mouth and it causes teeth problems but it doesn't happen
fast it could happen five years ago for somebody who's having digestive problems all the ammonia
is going in their mouth it's weakening their teeth so then five years later they get a small
bout or a window where they're getting cavities filled but it doesn't mean it's permanent
everybody on planet earth is going to experience cavities everybody on planet earth experiences
cavities they experience some kind of gum issue they experience some kind of teeth problem
millions and millions of people every day and it comes in waves regardless of what diet they're
doing i just heard the other day i was just a friend of mine was like hey you know i love how
you i love how you just you don't you're not just all about one diet you're just about answers to
where everybody can apply it and they can apply it to whatever diet they believe in, you know?
And my friend was like, you know, I've done the paleo diet for so long now, but now my teeth are
getting all messed up. Do you have anything to recommend? Do you have anything to recommend?
I was like, are you doing enough leafy greens? Are you doing a little bit more fruit? I was like,
I'll try it. I go, well, you're not going to see anything happen yet because if you're doing a
different diet and it was five years for five years running now and you got deficiencies,
And I'm not saying the paleo diet does it.
I'm just saying anything in your life could be doing that.
I go, it's going to take a little time to actually get out of that like spot where you're getting the cavities.
And then you'll see it.
A lot of people get it in waves depending on what's happening in their life.
I've seen people with financial stress literally make their teeth fall out because what it does, financial stress kills the hydrochloric acid literally instantly.
It just kills it.
And so you have to fight for it.
And you have to get your celery juice in you.
and you'll have to get what you need to get in you to get better,
to get your teeth strong again and to get fortified, mineralized.
Another, so it's like you can have, you know, I've seen financial stress,
I've seen heartache and heartbreak in some way,
really wreak havoc on the teeth two years later.
Someone can have a difficult relationship,
whether it's with a family member or a loved one or a spouse
or a girlfriend, boyfriend, and they have a difficult relationship
but they feel like the trust was broken or they were backstabbed
or something went going.
It happened three years ago.
that three years ago literally can show up in teeth with cavities showing up three years later
and then that window will finally pass if you're doing the right things like enough fruit and
enough leafy greens and everything like that and something else to understand i've never advocated
ever an all fruit diet ever in history of my life ever ever ever i've never advocated a an all fruit
diet where it's all fruit, all fruit, all fruit. Never did it. Never will. Never was. Never had.
Never gonna. So it's all about leafy greens. It's about the celery juices. It's about the spinach
soups. It's about, yeah, you can have a little bit of avocado. It's, you can have different things.
You can have hemp seeds. You can have different stuff in your diet in different way. People love
oats. You know, people can have some oats in their diet too. Some millet. And there's different
things that people can have. And, you know, some, you know, garbanzo beans, some hummus have
recommended all kinds of different things, little tahini, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds and
pumpkin seeds, and even walnuts have recommended everything. And, you know, so what happens is that
is that when you go to dentist chairs, I mean, dentist chairs, you go to dental offices, you go
to your dentist, and I'm just laughing right now from that, and you go to your, you know, you go to
your dentist and some of them will just scare the hell out of you. They'll scare the hell out of
you. The thing is, is everybody believes they have to go to holistic dentists because of the whole
thing about the old conventional dentists and what they did. They like to run, they like to push all
the fluoride. The old conventional dentists, they like to pop mercury fillings into people, but those
days are over pretty much. You can tell a conventional dentist you don't want fluoride
and you can tell a conventional dentist you don't want mercury fillings. And you know, and the thing
is is is that is these holistic dentists which we all think we need to run to every minute they can
scare the hell out of you more than anybody else they could say oh you're going to need thirty
thousand dollars of work in five years oh you're going to need this oh you're going to need that
and they can put the fear of god they could put the fear of satan in your literally in your
consciousness at the dentist office you got to be careful you got to look and get second opinions
a lot of times that people do they go through a crisis in their life if they have a lot of if they
have tremendous digestive issues, like they have a lot of IBS, or they have a little bit of IBS,
or they have a little bit of SIBO, or if they have bacteria in their gut, or they have digestive
discomfort, or they're under stress, or financial stress, or love stress, or whatever it is that
they're under in some way, some fashion, some shape, it's going to play a role in creating a
host of cavities if your dental practices aren't so great. That's a whole nother thing. Are you
rinsing right when you wake up in the morning before you eat so you're not swallowing all this
bacteria are you doing things to protect yourself hygienically and to make sure that during stressful
times or during issues with gastric distress of all kinds i mean i've seen people with all kinds
of gastric disorders left and right everything from the SIBO from the IBS from the Crohn's from
the colitis to the gastroparesis to all kinds of different things intestinal intestinal tract wise
even hiatal hernia all of it ulcers h pylori you name it strep in the gut i've seen it all
And it plays a role in how food works in your stomach, how deficiencies work in your stomach, on how in your intestinal tract, and in your body, and how teeth can go through phases and waves of ups and downs.
And no one, no one, no one is safe from not having teeth problems, from having teeth problems.
No one is safe.
And that's the whole thing we all have to understand with teeth.
There's going to be times where your dental practice isn't going to be up to par.
There's going to be times in your life where you're under extreme stress.
There's going to be times where your adrenaline is running really high, and it's just burning out everything.
All your minerals in your immune system lowers, and your teeth are going to start having a bad year.
There's going to be a lot of ups and downs in life in many ways that's going to get somebody a cavity
because everybody has teeth problems all the way through from their 30s, from their 20s, from their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, what have you.
And that's what you always have to understand.
You got to be careful at the holistic dentist office.
You like your holistic dentist.
That's good.
It has to be somebody you like and somebody who's got compassion and someone who's not
trying to scare the living daylights out of you.
And that's something too that you have to always know about because, um, because what
happens is there's so many reasons why we can have teeth problems, even going back to
the womb, even going back to birth, even going back when mom was eating what she was eating
when you were pregnant.
Did mom have the best diet during your pregnancy?
Were you breastfed long enough?
What happened?
How many minerals?
Was your mom mineral deficient?
Was your father mineral deficient?
With conception, it matters.
It totally matters.
All that matters.
You literally can come in with liver problems as a child, some constipation, some gastric
distress, all kinds of different issues.
You can come in with eczema.
You can come in with all these different deficiencies.
You can come in with viruses from your family.
You can come in with all this.
And then, yes, it sets the stage for some difficult teeth problems later.
But and we have to keep all of that in mind, all of that in mind.
And if a diet is helping you whatsoever, if it's helping you feel better, chances are it's probably not hurting your teeth, even if your teeth are in bad shape.
You know, I've talked to another person a little while back and they're like, yeah, I'm on, you know, I do paleo.
That's my gig.
You know, that's what I like to do.
I like to do the whole high-protein paleo thing and I like it.
It's really great and I feel a little better.
I got a little bit more energy, you know, because I got rid of my processed foods or some, you know, and I've seen this on all walks of life.
And what that means is because the body is getting also a relief, the body is also getting a chance to heal a little bit, what that can bring is that that alone means your teeth are most likely being protected.
And the same thing with any kind of diet.
Someone takes a vegan diet or a plant-based diet and they happen to start feeling better.
Their fibromyalgia back is off.
or their energy is coming back or they're off their processed foods
or they're on a plant-based diet and they're not bogged down by too much fat in their diet
or they're not eating too much animal protein, whatever it is,
and they're starting to feel better,
then that means most likely your teeth and gums will showcase that years down the road.
So that's what happens.
What you're doing now will protect your teeth and gums years down the road.
Same thing with like a paleo diet that's really clean,
that has a lot more green juices in it,
that has a lot more green juices in it, has no processed foods in it,
and a lot of that's out of it, and it has a little bit of fruit, thank God,
because that's critical to keep your teeth healthy and keep your teeth mineralized.
And then you get one of those.
It's like that will help you then have better teeth later on down the road.
If you're getting some kind of benefit, if your knee's starting to feel better
because you're on a diet, if you're on, say, even my 28-day cleanse
and your knees feeling better.
I've seen thousands and hundreds of thousands of people
have healed and recovered from the 28-day cleanse.
Hundreds of thousands, literally across the world.
You know, I got to tell you something.
There are, I mean, literally, literally hundreds
and hundreds of thousands of people globally
that are doing like the 28-day cleanse
and are doing the things that spirit wants
and the information that spirit wants to heal.
And they're healing things.
and they're healing their aches and pains and they're healing their fatigue and they're healing
their vertigo they're going back to work they're functioning all these things depression is lifting
anxiety is healing and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people across the globe
and we hear it we see it we get the reports all the time and um and we hear it from people and
and here's the thing in that that means when your body's healing in some capacity that means
your teeth and gums are getting better is what it means even if you're showcasing and you know
because most people their teeth and gums showcase even better health and that's what happens when
you're feeling better but there are people that had a history of five years ago or four years ago
three years ago of a lot of stress or two years ago or serious gastric distress and problems they
got really mineral deficient and the teeth don't have a problem that day when they have a problem
So five years ago, it's like this.
If six, seven years ago you had this major crisis in your life and you weren't even eating good and you were under stress and your digestive problem was messed up and all kinds of different things, you're not going to see your teeth go bad that day.
That's not even humanly possible.
You're going to see teeth problems, whether it shows up in some cavities or shows up in a gum issue, it's going to show up five years from then or three years from then, and that's how it works.
And then if you're doing the right things, though, it's going to pass and you're going to have better teeth later.
You know, I tell people that's the you know, I tell people there are three hundred and what?
Thirty million Americans.
I don't even know the real number.
Don't quote me on it.
So say three hundred and thirty million Americans.
Just figure that the dental chairs are filled across the country literally every day.
People getting teeth pulled every single day.
teeth drilled, caps put on, crowns put on, I mean, fillings everywhere, cavities, you name it,
root canals every single day, implants every single day. And you have to wonder,
what are they eating? Do you think 330 million Americans are eating just candy? Are they eating
candy? No, they're not. They're not just eating candy, you know? And see, the funny thing is,
is you have to get perspective. It's really important. And so I was talking to my friend
and I said, so what's going on? He's like, you know, you know, I, I feel better. I'm doing better.
I got better energy, you know, and, and, and, and I'm doing better. And, you know, and what
happens is, is that is the key. That means that everything is going to be upgrading along the way.
minerals are coming in things are happening you know when somebody does their celery juice for a
year two years um a year or two and they're doing it every single day down the road whether they're
going to feel benefits inflate reduced inflammation in the moment they're going to feel more clarity
they're going to feel better in so many different ways but down the road whether it's a couple of
years they're going to experience remineralization they're going to experience things that keep you
healthy. I've witnessed it for decades. It's that important to do celery juice. It's that important
to do what you're doing. Now, what happens is when you go to a holistic dentist or you go to,
like, they're usually the most fearful. They usually put people in tremendous fear. I know,
I know how it works. And they'll just say, well, my God, you need, you got all this,
you got all this happening. You got all this going on. So check, I would get second opinions
for different things because you might get a dentist. I've seen sometimes conventional dentists
be like, you know what? Take care of this filling. Take care of your teeth better. And do this or do
that. And you don't leave in panic and fear. You can actually take care of yourself. And the panic
and fear doesn't help teeth is what I'm trying to say. I've seen people get sicker going into a
dentist, getting told this horrific, horrible story because the holistic dentist is trying to
A to Z them and talk about $30,000 worth of teeth worked down the road when they're older,
scare the Benickens out of them, and I've seen them get sicker because of it.
They go home, they're worried sick, totally sick.
I mean, they're up all night.
They don't sleep over it.
They're scared to death about their teeth.
They're afraid to even put a toothbrush in their mouth.
And yet I've seen that over and over again.
You know how many times?
Hundreds of times.
Hundreds of times I've seen that.
So you've got to kind of shop around.
You've got to shop around.
I've known some different dentists all through the years, and I know there are different ways of doing things.
So you've got to just shop around and see what you can find.
You might be able to find somebody that's more realistic, more sensible, more like not seeing that you need $30,000 worth of dental work.
I've had people come to me years ago that were told they needed $30,000 worth of dental work, $20,000 worth of dental work, $10,000 worth of dental work, and all their teeth were going to fall out.
and they came to me many years ago and they're still here now 15 years later 20 years later
their teeth haven't had problems and they're not getting 30 000 they can't even believe they were
told that 10 15 years ago by a holistic dentist or somebody else they can't believe they were even
told that you know so you just you got to be careful there and not not get panicked because
the dentist will panic panic you and they'll tell you it's because you're eating fruit it's because
the reason why they tell you that is because in dental school, they're taught to make sure you
tell people not to eat fruit. That's in dental school. That's just the way it is. It's not taught
because it has any kind of backing behind it. It's not taught because meaning it has any kind
of truth behind it. It's not how it works. It's one of those things where you just pass around a
rumor that everybody goes to school each year. They all go to their first year of school, dental
school. And it's like, oh yeah, oh no, watch the fruit. Watch the fruit. You know, oh really?
Watch the fruit. Oh, and it goes into, then you know, you got your, your freshmen's again. Oh,
watch the fruit, your first year students. Watch the fruit. And it's over and you know, it's,
it's over and over again. It gets passed on down the line and with no substance to it whatsoever
at all. You know, I've, I've, I've had family members that have sucked on lemons their whole
life without dental problems. Literally sucked on lemons their whole life. What I mean by that,
every morning, just literally eating like four lemons, like eating them though. I'm not talking
about throwing them in a smoothie or something and having it washed down into your tummy.
I'm talking about cutting them open and literally grabbing your teeth into them,
into the lemons and just biting the lemon out of it and eating it every morning their whole life,
relatives their whole life doing that and not have dental problems because what that did that
was antibacterial that was antibacterial so that's what lemon is it's antibacterial killing
bacteria in the gums and in the teeth and everything if you're gonna fear fruit you're
gonna get steered down the wrong track and no one should be just only fruit only and nothing but
fruit ever it's not no you gotta be doing your cellar juice you gotta be doing your smoothies
gotta be doing your heavy metal detox smoothie you gotta be doing your um your cilantro
parsley i love parsley in people's diets i love cilantro lots of spinach and lots of lettuces i
love all of that tomatoes cucumbers those are fruits but tomatoes cucumbers and zucchinis and
winter squash and potatoes and all these are important they're all critical to healing and
helping people heal and remineralizing the body and so it's it's really important to know
you know to kind of what direction you really know you got to look at the whole perspective
on things and how it works there's dozens of diets out there dozens of different you know
different belief systems if you're telling me that they're not in the dental chairs any of them
or dealing with any kind of dental problems i mean i wouldn't believe it in a million years i see it
every day because I'm not a one, I'm not myself a one, one, the whole thing with one track where
it's one belief system only. You know, I believe everybody can do different things. I believe in
all kinds of stuff. I believe people can eat animal protein. I believe people can be a hundred
percent plant-based. I believe people can eat all kinds of different things. And, but the key is,
are you doing enough leafy greens? Are you doing enough celery juice? Are you doing enough cilantro?
Are you doing enough parsley?
Are you doing enough of these things to protect you from the stress and all the things that
people go through that rot teeth?
All the important understandings of what happens in the body.
Bacteria levels rise really fast in the intestinal tract under any kind of stress.
They rise really quickly.
They outgas.
Food rots.
So what happens is no matter what you eat, and fruit is the least thing to ever rot because
it's easy to digest.
but food actually rots.
So if you're under a lot of stress
and you're eating animal proteins,
not that I'm against animal protein for people,
sure, if you want to have it, fine.
But what happens is animal protein rots inside the gut
quickly creating a tremendous amount of ammonia.
So if you're under any stress at all,
steak is going to rot inside your gut
and it's going to create outgas.
And that outgas could have been happening five years ago,
four years ago, six years ago.
It could have been a whole year of outgassing
and that just eats up the teeth
So that years later, all of a sudden, wait a minute, I'm starting to get a cavity.
Wait, I got three cavities, got four cavities.
What do I have?
So that's just something to consider.
It's how the work, it's how the body works.
Same thing with someone is under a lot of digestive stress and there are all kinds of
different stress in general and they're eating too many beans or too many nuts.
Say it's somebody who's a plant-based person.
Say it's somebody who's a vegetarian or something.
Just like vegetarians are a little different.
And it's like vegetarians are usually under on eggs, which is which really ruins teeth, by the way.
Eggs and dairy are the teeth ruiners because they feed every bacteria in the body.
They are the teeth destroyers.
So, you know, someone can be raised on eggs for 10, the first 10 years of their life in the first 15 years of their life.
And then when they're in their early 20s or when they're 25, they're going to be going through a period, a time period, no matter how clean their diet was when they were 25 years old, no matter how much even celery juice they were doing.
no matter how much whatever they're going to go through a time period where cavities are going to
be 24 years old and cavities are going to be just ripping out for a little while that's from eggs
when they were five years old eggs from when they're five six seven years old eggs when they
were eight years old dairy products when they were nine years old dairy products when they were 10
years old 11 years old 12 years old all that dairy all those eggs cheese macaroni and cheese
whatever it is you know whatever brand it is whatever was happening at eight nine ten eleven
years old and all of that then what happens is that plus any deficiencies and any kind of intestinal
tract problems or anything else then you go and then you go through college or you go through
whatever and then you're 24 years old you're 23 years old you're 25 years old you might all of a
sudden be in a dental chair and a holistic dentist is scaring the crap out of you like you can't even
believe the daylights out of you and then you're you know you do have three four cavities or five
cavities and you're having problems yeah that's that's that's from years of eating some eggs even
if it was once a week. And what happens is people don't know this. And it's good to know. It's really
good to know how things work. Because you can turn it around for later on. There's nothing worse
than somebody thinking that when their teeth weren't causing problems, when they were eating
eggs every day, or they were eating some kind of fancy diet, some kind of whatever, keto diet,
some kind of fancy diet, or eggs were in there, whatever it is, and they were still eating some
greens and some vegetables, whatever that was, and they weren't having teeth problems. And then
they even go healthier to fix other ailments in their body. So they start eating healthier than
that. So they leave that diet and they eat healthier diets to fix ailments. And then teeth
problems start happening in a few people, not in everybody, but a few people. What's happening is
the teeth problems are from what happened before. And then they get chased back into going back to
eggs, chase back going into some weird diet, chase back going into some keto method, chase back to
go into something. And then they set the stage for future dental problems way down the road.
It's something, you know, I've seen over the years. You got to be careful. You got to always know
that teeth don't become problematic from what you're doing in the moment. They can't. It's not
possible. It's not possible. It shows up years later. Eggs are literally one of the teeth
destructive culprits of all time because they literally, they literally outgas. They sit on
the sides of the intestinal tract feeding every form of bad bacteria we have that's in our guts
all the time. And then they, those outgas and they putrefy and they just drift off into the mouth
as you sleep. So we lay in bed, we're sleeping and ammonia is coming into our mouth all night
long. And as that's doing that, that's going to be breaking down the teeth's immune system,
meaning the gum immune system, the mouth immune system. It's going to be due to breaking havoc,
all kinds of stuff. Five years later, you're going to have a wave of teeth problems and you
better be on that celery juice and you better be doing some leafy greens somehow. And you better be
bringing all that in and you better be bringing in some fruit because the minerals and fruit are
critical, are absolutely critical for gums and teeth without a doubt. They're cleansers. They're
actually cleansers of the mouth. So fruit is an actual cleanser of the mouth. And that's really
important to understand. So let's talk about a few things. Citrus. Does citrus hurt the teeth?
No, oranges don't hurt the teeth.
No, they don't.
Lemons don't hurt the teeth.
I've sucked on a zillion, zillion, zillion, zillion oranges, lemons, limes, you name it.
They're highly mineralized.
They're loaded with calcium.
I've never had any problems from it.
I know many people that have eaten plenty of oranges in their day.
But who has eaten a lot of oranges?
Out of the people that say that I've known that have helped or taught to eat some oranges,
Who has eaten a lot of oranges?
Have you eaten five oranges a day?
I mean, an orange every single day for years?
I mean, that's the whole thing.
It's crazy how it works, and you've got to realize that and look into that
and just kind of get a perspective and be like, what's going on?
It's important to understand that.
I mean, have you been eating oranges your whole life since you were a kid?
Was it an orange once a month?
And it's unbelievable.
So you go to the dentist.
The dentist is like, oh, don't eat fruit.
I mean, how much fruit are people even eating?
So that's a whole thing.
It's really important.
Even, I noticed that even, like on the 28-Day Cleanse or any kind of, you know, recommendations of fruit or people that are, even people that go against what I talk about, which is eating only fruit because I never want anybody in only fruit.
Even when somebody's just on only fruit, only fruit itself, their health still, their health can still recover and still can be, you know, they could still feel better.
if the health is recovering on any level from any kind of like with what you're doing any kind of
diet you're taking if your health is recovering like things are recovering even if it takes some
time some people take a year to heal some people take two years to heal but if you're starting to
finally recover from neurological problems or neurological fatigue because you're doing a heavy
metal smoothie or you're doing some other diet or you're doing a paleo diet that's clean with no
processed food and you're starting to feel you're starting to feel healthier then there's a good
chance your teeth will be better down the road, down the road from what you're doing then to down
the road, two, three years down the road, four years down the road. You always have to remember
that. Teeth just don't repair literally in a day of eating something or doing something.
They don't repair. And teeth fall apart from years past all the way from mineral deficiencies and
what mommy was eating when you were in her body.
So it's really important to understand all of that.
So I just want to cover a couple of different things.
How many, like with citrus, does citrus cause problems?
No, it doesn't.
There's no way.
Lemon water will not cause teeth problems.
If anything, it'll just kill bacteria.
That's what it'll do.
It'll kill bacteria.
So very important to understand that.
And you remember, there's a fear factor going on.
It's not just at the dentist's office and other places.
So fruit, there's still fruit fear out there everywhere.
Everybody's scared to death of fruit.
And you know what?
I want to give up sometimes.
You know, I do.
It's so crazy, but I want to give up sometimes.
Doesn't that sound crazy?
I want to just say, fine, don't eat fruit anymore.
Don't eat a piece of fruit in the rest of your life.
Get sick.
Get sick down the road.
Watch all this other crap happen to you.
Get gallstones.
Get surgeries.
Get all these problems.
Don't take care of your nervous system.
Don't get antioxidants in you.
Then don't eat fruit.
Well, I can't.
I can't.
I almost sometimes say, do I have to give up the fight?
Do I have to give up the battle to get fruit into people?
It's unbelievable because there's so much, there's so many negative things that are all just created on purpose just to serve people and what they sell out there.
That's what really happens.
It's all these industries now that are built up, and you can't make money off of fruit in these industries.
So they all tear down fruit because basically fruit robs these industries, these alternative industries and conventional industries of all the money they're being made on their supplements and on their diet programs.
So it's hard to battle all that.
I have to admit, I wake up some mornings, I'm like, okay, you know, I said spirit, do I still tell people eat fruit?
Spirit's like, yeah, because you're going to save lives.
You're going to save lives.
They get the wild blueberries in them.
I go, I know.
I want to hear it.
talk to me again about it. And so it tells me you're going to save lives like you have already.
In the decades and decades, you've actually been doing this since you were a kid, you've saved a
lot of lives. You're still, you just, you got it. You got to get wild blueberries in them. You got
to get blackberries in them. You got to get watermelon in them. You got to get mangoes in
them. So they get all those carotenes. So they get everything they need in them to prevent them
from aging and their, and their liver dying and their liver getting sick and their spleen getting
inflamed and, and knocking down the viruses and getting their intestinal tract healthier and
cleaning out bad bacteria in the intestinal tract. They need to be eating figs. They need to have
some dates to actually go in there and kill. If you read life-changing foods, you'll read what
these fruits do. And spirit has to remind me because I even get beaten down. I even get
beaten down a little bit by the propaganda. I do too. You know, that fruit's bad. It's unbelievable
what's going on out there. So I wake up. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and instead I'm like,
all right let's do it i wake up in the morning you know what let people eat what they want
let let them eat what they want what no fruit then don't eat any fruit get sick get sick go
through your life sick later on don't have an opportunity to heal don't do the celery juice
don't do the fruit and because of fear and stupidity out there as far as in the industries
not people but in the industries don't don't do all that then then don't i don't understand
spirit says come on come on shake that off shake that off you want to get those wild blueberries
and people. And then I laugh it off and I said, you got it. You got it. I'm going to fight for it.
I'm going to fight for it. And so, you know, you can't get into the fruit fear. Don't let it
take you out. Do not let the fruit fear take you out. That's the one thing.
You don't have to be on all fruit every day. Make sure it's in there as part of your daily routine
with everything else, along with the leafy greens and everything else, whether you eat animal protein
or not, what I would recommend for teeth issues, no matter what, is to reduce the amount of
animal protein you're eating.
So reduce the fats and reduce the amount of animal protein.
Have it once a day.
Have it every other day so you can make room for all the different vegetables.
So you can make room for more leafy greens and salads, more cucumbers, more tomatoes.
Make room for a little bit more avocado.
You can make room for some hemp seeds.
Make room for some sunflower seeds, some pumpkin seeds.
Make room for all these different things.
So that's important to understand.
You know, that's important to think about.
It's good to think about that.
So you reduce your animal protein a little bit so your liver can get a break.
So you can get other foods in you that will mineralize you
so you don't get in trouble down the road with teeth problems.
And the same thing with vegetarians.
Get rid of eggs, though.
Vegetarians, get rid of eggs.
Just everybody, get rid of eggs, the bottom line, and get rid of the dairy products
so you can really protect your teeth down the road.
A lot of people, like I said, they're eating dairy.
They're eating eggs one way or another all through their teens, all through their teens and their late teens.
And then they have all these other health problems, but they've been eating wrong for years before.
Teeth problems will show up in their 20s, and you've got to forge ahead.
You've got to forge ahead and keep on healing, and the teeth problems will subside.
Really important to understand.
So let's talk about a couple of other different things.
So many people heal with gum and teeth problems by getting enough leafy greens in them.
Always remember that.
So many people heal gum and teeth problems.
I've watched it over the years.
Like I said, just being in the office all those years, talking to so many people coming in from all different walks of life and walks of diet belief systems and everything else with health problems.
And, you know, with all kinds of teeth problems, all coming in with teeth problems.
I mean, it's like, it's unbelievable. It's just every new person I've ever spoke to that got on the phone, every single new client that got on the phone with me or walked into my office since I was 17 years old and even earlier, since I was 14 years old and I was working on clients when I was a stock boy in the grocery store.
All I would get from every new client was teeth questions and teeth issues.
And so the world is always going to have teeth issues,
but you can do things to protect yourself,
and we're going to cover a lot of that in a couple minutes.
And what do you do to protect yourself?
Making sure you get enough leafy greens.
Make sure you get enough of the juices.
Make sure you get enough of the celery juice.
Someone said to me, you're a broken record about the celery juice.
And I said, okay, I am.
How long have you been doing it?
They're like, I tried it once.
I really didn't like the taste.
I said, that's why I'm a broken record.
I'm a broken record because of what you just said.
Because you tried it once.
You didn't like the taste.
But then you're going to complain about your health or your sickness or something.
Then you're going to complain about something.
You know, so that's why I'm a broken record.
You better be drinking your celery juice, okay?
And you better be doing it every day.
And you better fight for it.
It's critical.
So to turn around health and everything else.
And so let's talk about some other different things too.
I talk about the stress. The stress really matters because the stress causes a tremendous amount of
tooth decay. Always remember that. Stress is just, it does that. It's something to really consider
about where you've been, what happened in your life, how far back, what's going on. It plays a
huge role and it means that there's going to be ebbs and flows of stress in your life that are
going to affect your teeth along the way. You might have had stress two, three years ago and
And then later on, you get the teeth problems.
And then after that, the teeth problems subside,
and you're going 10 years without teeth problems
if you're doing also the right stuff.
Getting enough fruits and vegetables, eating better,
getting enough of the herbs,
getting enough of all the different things you need to do.
The vitamin C in you, that's critical.
Make sure you're taking vitamin C supplements if you can,
like the ones on the directory I talk about.
Different things like that can be really helpful.
The barley grass juice powder, that's really helpful.
not barley grass, barley grass juice powder, really helpful for gums, for teeth. These things
mineralize the body, and it takes years. Sometimes it could take six months to heal your physical
ailments, but it could take three years to make sure your teeth finally get remineralized by doing
the right things, by doing your spirulina, doing your barley grass juice powder every single day,
getting the metals out of your body, cleaning up your liver, liver rescues, liver rescue,
make sure you pick up liver rescue too. Cleaning up your liver. All these different things
are going to be helpful to making sure your teeth then return and your gums return later on. Even if
your physical ailments are better, your depression, your anxiety, your aches and pains, your fatigue,
your energy, you can see you're not swollen, your knees feel better, your body feels better,
you're not getting all kinds of floaters in the eyes, you're not getting all kinds of confusion,
your brain fog's better, your migraines are better, your headaches are better, your rashes are better,
your eczema is better you still have to keep on working at it because the teeth will get better
later it'll showcase later if they're not better in the moment that's from years past but they will
get better later this is so important to understand how it works with healing and you know what's sad
what's sad is you can't find this information out there anywhere and that's what's sad and that's
why we do the medical media radio show you just can't find it you just instead you're just like
blind. You walk around, everybody walks around blind and then they walk into a dental dentist
office. A holistic guy scares the crap out of them. It's just huge. You walk around, it's
unbelievable, but it's like this with anything we talk about. The information's not out there
and it's sad. So rinses, you wake up in the morning and do you rinse every morning
before you eat? Or do you wake up in the morning and you just start drinking things?
You wait, you know, and that's something to consider. You got to wake up in the morning,
and do a little rinse.
There's a product called Essential Oxygen.
It's a brushing rinse.
So you can check it out on my directory.
You'll find it.
It's a brushing rinse.
And it's a great one too.
It's got a little bit of peroxide in there.
It's just a brushing rinse.
You just use a little bit of it every morning
before you do anything.
You spit it out, you rinse your mouth out,
and you didn't push any bacteria back down into your gut.
And that's important.
So that's one thing that's really good.
and then you can start your day and do your lemon water.
You can do all the things that you need to do, and that's so.
Rinsing in the morning, if you can just do water,
you know, if I don't have any kind of rinse around or anything like that,
I wake up in the morning, and I just go to my sink,
I stick my head down to my sink, and I just fill my mouth with water,
and I swish it around a few times and spit it out a few times.
That alone is so powerful for your teeth,
and you do that before you go to bed at night.
You rinse your mouth out, even if it's just with water, swish it around and spit it out every night before you go to bed.
And people brush your teeth before they go to bed, sure.
But still, give it an extra rinse.
After you even brush your teeth, just extra water, clean water, and do an extra rinse.
It's a really important thing to do.
It makes a big difference for teeth and gums.
Silica.
A silica product is really important.
That's important too.
And calcium-rich foods, which are fruits, calcium-rich foods, which are oranges, which are, you know, are tangerines, which are lemons, calcium-rich.
And then you've got broccoli, and you've got cauliflower, you've got, you know, collard greens, you've got broccoli, Rob, you've got kale, all calcium-rich foods.
Kale is amazing for teeth and gums.
I like to take the kale stem and just kind of bite on it.
I take kale stems.
If I'm somewhere and it's in a garden, I could pluck it.
It's amazing.
If I have to buy it from the supermarket, fine, but I'll take a kale stem and just bite it and crunch it, crunch it up.
It's fantastic for gums, fantastic for teeth.
There's just so much to cover.
It's just so great.
Are you eating enough greens?
That's another thing.
It just reminded me.
Make sure you're getting enough greens in you.
What's enough?
What does that even mean?
How much is that?
One cup a day?
Two cup a day?
How does it work?
You can do it a couple of different ways.
You can measure it like that, but you'd have to kind of like chop it up to measure it.
So if you want two cups of greens, that would be two cups chopped up thrown in there, two cups of greens.
And that's still not enough.
And listen, it depends where you are, who you are, what you're doing.
you may not be eating much greens at all.
And that's okay too.
Make sure you're getting at least a celery juice.
Make sure you're getting in something else, a cucumber juice.
Make sure you're doing the best you can.
Not everybody can do it perfectly or do it like every single day.
And so you can't get distracted by your worry that you're failing at something
or you can't do it or it's too hard or anything like that.
You just got to, a little bit at a time if you can,
a little bit at a time goes a long way to healing no matter what.
start with removing things. Absolutely. Start with removing the foods you need to remove
that I talk about, like the eggs and the dairy and everything else like that.
So silica, silica product is critical for the teeth and gums. Mineral deficiencies start with
your parents and they start with birth and they start all the way back there. We come here with
severe mineral deficiencies. That's what we come here with. If mom wasn't eating perfectly,
if mom wasn't doing all the right foods, if mom had no fruit in the diet, if mom had no celery
juice. A mom had no leafy greens or very few and was just eating ice cream when she was pregnant
and pretty much, and macaroni and cheese and burgers. I mean, it's amazing when you really
think about it. And you could ask, it's funny. I mean, I had somebody, they asked their mom,
what did they eat when they were pregnant with them? And their mom was like, I ate pretty good.
and then their dad, their father would say,
no, you didn't.
What do you mean pretty good?
And like, no, I ate pretty good.
I was always mindful.
I ate, I had some salads when I was pregnant with you
and I had this and that.
And then the husband was like,
you had a lot of macaroni and cheese.
You had a lot of ice cream at night.
I know, I took it out of the freezer for you
every night when you were pregnant
because you were craving it
and you asked for it every night.
And what salad?
I don't even remember you having a salad.
And she'd be like, no, I think I ate pretty good somehow.
And when I'd be like, I don't know.
I got, I'm the one who went to the store a lot of times when you were pregnant and brought
all the food back.
And you were, and it wasn't that you ate a lot of cheese when you were pregnant, you
ate a lot of different things.
And so what happens is we, it affects us.
It just does.
It affects our teeth.
It affects our teeth greatly.
As we get older, we run out of the, the mineral supply we have had, and we haven't regenerated
it in the first 20 years of our life. Huge thing to really take into consideration. It's unbelievable.
So tooth decay and stains on the teeth. You know, I like brushing with charcoal. Brush with charcoal.
Do a little charcoal powder. Get the stains off your teeth. That actually even cleans the gums up
good and really helps, and it's a big deal. So that's a really big deal. Pregnancies themselves
can show in teeth problems later
is a tremendous amount of minerals that's used
and there is stress in the body when somebody's pregnant.
So when a mom is pregnant and after she has a baby
or two babies or three babies,
if her diet isn't good in between or during pregnancies,
she may get teeth problems later.
So she may get teeth problems five years down the road,
three years down the road, six years down the road.
And if she's eating good along the way, those teeth problems should pass, should pass that wave.
Teeth problems come in waves.
They come in waves because our life is in waves.
And the things we experience, whether birthing a child, whether under financial stress, whether under some kind of other stress, whether under some situation or an environmental issue.
I've seen pesticides knock people down where they get sprayed with pesticides.
Somehow, someway, they're spraying insecticides in their homes to get rid of all kinds of ants and other things.
And I've seen that cause teeth problems later.
Whatever, it comes in waves, and you always have to know that.
So you've got to get your teeth taken care of at your dental office, at your dentist's office, of course,
and protect it, protect you as much as you can while you're doing all the things to keep on getting you better,
to get you better, all the different things to get you better.
And that's really important to know.
And, you know, when you are healing,
and say you're somebody that's really viral
and you have a tremendous amount of viral material,
you've got EBV in the liver,
all these different viruses in the liver
that nobody even really even talks about,
but you've got all these different illnesses because of it.
You've got the fatigue and you've got the aches and pains
and everything else.
Or you've got the eczema, whatever it is that's going on.
When you're also killing bugs and killing viruses
and recovering the body,
the body's using a tremendous amount of energy
on everything else. So you have to have patience so the body can also, you know,
give that energy back to your teeth too and everything in a sense, meaning like it's always
sustaining your teeth. I'm talking about that extra boost you need because of five years ago
of being sick too long or because of three years ago from being having gastral problems or five,
seven years ago, having the worst stress in your life that you've ever experienced.
And, you know, you're getting gut rot because of it and petrifying food and ammonia gases.
give your body a chance to finally get to your teeth to get those recovered from old past
experiences but always know your body's helping you heal no matter what with the most important
things in the moment and so these are just all things to consider about teeth and gums now this
show wasn't wasn't mainly about all these different products or what you can do for your teeth and
everything like that you know it wasn't about that so much it was about making sure you understand
how you can really move forward, take care of yourself, not get distracted, not get thrown off
course, and just have a perspective so you can keep healthy teeth and gums. That part is really
important. You know, always, always, you know, one secret weapon, excuse me, one secret weapon
is chewing on a celery stick before night, before bed at night. Chewing on a celery stick is a
secret weapon to really cleaning up your mouth and making sure you, that's a dental, that's a
dental hygienic practice that you could really apply that really, really helps protect you from
teeth problems, from everything, from cavities, you name it. So that's something you can do all
on its own. As far as different products out there, you know, there's different toothpastes
and there's different kinds of, you know, you can look for, you know, and try different things. I
would never just stick with one tooth product. And I'm going to tell you that right now. Never
just stick with one tooth product change them up change your toothpaste up over time you know one
month with this one one month with that one try to get three that you like and change them up
where it's a one month this one one month that one don't do just one for you know the duration of
your life just try to change it up and go back to that one again do one month on this one one month
on this one then go back and go back and forth but change them up as you go along the way that's
really important. So check out that rinse. I really like it. Essential oxygen. It's a brushing,
it's an organic brushing rinse. Really great to keep your gums healthy, keep your teeth healthy
and everything else around it. So check that out. That's a great rinse. And just, you know,
take one day at a time, you know, I'm with you. And I'm proud of everybody, proud of everybody
for everything they're doing. I stand behind you a hundred percent. I love you guys dearly.
Let's move forward with our health.
Let's move forward with our teeth and gums.
And I'm proud of everybody.
I really am.
Bless you, bless you, bless your heart.
And can't wait to talk to you again.
Can't wait to talk to you.
Do you know the show?
All right.
Bye-bye.
